The Injection Process
Step 1: Consultation
Your 5-star experience at Medical Grade Aesthetics starts with a one-on-one consultation to receive a personalized plan of care. At this consultation, our licensed medical professional will ask about your concerns and goals, as well as conduct a facial analysis to identify the right cosmetic injection for you. We’ll create a plan that meets your needs, whether that’s with Sculptra in Beloit or any one of our injectables. Then we’ll schedule you for your first injection!
Step 2: Injection
At your appointment, our injector will administer Sculptra through a series of tiny injections. If desired, we can apply a topical numbing cream to minimize your discomfort. The entire injection process can take up to an hour, depending on how many areas you would like to treat with Sculptra. We will make sure you are comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment!
Step 3: Follow-Up
To get the full effect of Sculptra, we may schedule you for 2 to 4 sessions, spaced out every 6 weeks. Once you’ve completed a full course of treatment, you can enjoy your results for up to 2 years! After that, we recommend only 1 to 2 yearly visits for maintenance.

Yes, there are several treatments that you can combine with Sculptra in your treatment plan! We administer only one kind of filler or injectable in a single treatment area at a time, but services such as facials are fine to combine with Sculptra in Beloit. We can create a custom treatment plan based on your concerns at your consultation with us.
Because Sculptra promotes your body’s collagen, the results are not instantaneous, unlike hyaluronic acid fillers. You might see initial volume from the poly-L-lactic acid, but as it’s absorbed into the skin, it may seem like it disappears. Don’t worry! Your body will be building collagen over the next few weeks. Patients generally see their initial results within 6 to 8 weeks, and they will continue to improve over the next several months.
