Donation Request

At Medical Grade Aesthetics, we believe in supporting the community that supports us. It’s truly an honor to be considered as part of your event or cause, and we’re grateful for the meaningful work you’re doing.

Because we receive many donation requests throughout the year, we’ve created the following guidelines to help us thoughtfully and fairly review each submission.

Guidelines

To be considered, requests must meet the following criteria:

• Current patients of Medical Grade Aesthetics will receive priority consideration
• Events must take place within the Beloit/Stateline area or directly benefit our local community
• Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event date
• Donations are reserved for fundraisers and charitable causes
• We are unable to donate to office parties, employee appreciation events, or private celebrations

While we would love to support every request, we carefully select opportunities where we feel we can make the most meaningful impact.

Our team reviews requests periodically. If your organization is selected, a member of our team will contact you via email with the next steps.
